Tell the South Dakota Highway Patrol to Stop Fighting Medical Marijuana

Last week, the South Dakota Highway Patrol released two-month-old reports of medical marijuana busts in an attempt to smear the Yes on Measure 13 campaign.

Even though they can’t say it publicly, there is little doubt that the State Highway Patrol is now trying to stop Measure 13, and deny medical marijuana to South Dakota patients.

Check this box if you live in South Dakota and want a Measure 13 lawn sign.

Measure 13 is a ballot initiative to be decided by the will of voters, not the intimidation techniques of law enforcement.

The SD Highway Patrol has no place working up opposition to and misunderstanding of Measure 13 at the expense of seriously ill patients in our state.

The SD Highway Patrol should stay out of Measure 13 and let voters decide.
